How to Track ACMES Shipments Online?
You can check your ACMES cargo tracking status either through the official ACMES website, which offers two separate tools for import and export shipments, or through TMP’s unified tracking platform, which allows you to track your consignments easily.
Track via Official ACMES Website
The official ACMES system provides two distinct tracking tools: one for export cargo and one for import cargo. You need to choose the correct tool based on your shipment type.
To track export shipments, go to the ACMES Export Tracking page at www.acmes.in
Once on the correct page:
- Locate the tracking input section on the screen.
- Enter your Air Waybill (AWB) number for export cargo, or House Air Waybill (HAWB) number for import cargo.
- Click the Track button.
- Wait a few seconds for the system to fetch your cargo status.
The system will show you updates such as shipment acceptance, customs clearance, Shipping Bill or Bill of Entry status, X-Ray scans, ULD loading, EGM or IGM filings, and final cargo release.
You must use the correct tool for accurate results. Import tracking numbers will not work on the export page and vice versa.
Track via TMP’s Unified Tracking Tool

- Search for ACMES Cargo from the courier list.
- Enter your AWB number or HAWB number.
- Click the Track Now button.
You will be able to see all tracking events, including booking, documentation, X-Ray scanning, customs processing, location inside the terminal, unitization, and airline handover.

ACMES Export Cargo Tracking Status Meaning
- Consignment Booked: Shipment is registered in the ACMES system. AWB or HAWB is created.
- Received at Terminal: Cargo has arrived at the ACMES air cargo terminal and is ready for processing.
- X-Ray Completed: Shipment has passed security screening. Required before unitization or clearance.
- Shipping Bill Filed: Export documents submitted to Indian Customs. Seen in Acmes export tracking.
- Bill of Entry Filed: Import documents filed for customs clearance.
- Customs Examination in Progress: Shipment is under physical or document check by customs officers.
- Let Export Order Issued: Export clearance is granted. Shipment is cleared for airline loading.
- Out of Charge Issued: Import cargo is cleared by customs. Delivery can now be scheduled.
- Unitization Completed: Export cargo loaded into ULD. Status visible in Acmes export tracking tool.
- EGM Submitted: Export the General Manifest file. Required for regulatory export closure.
- IGM Submitted: Import the General Manifest file. Shipment officially recorded in the customs system.
- Gate Pass Generated: Final delivery approval for import cargo. The consignee can collect the shipment.
- Delivered: Cargo has been successfully handed over to the airline or recipient.
- Hold / Exception: Shipment delayed due to an error, missing document, or a regulatory issue.
Where to Find Your ACMES Cargo Tracking Number?
Your ACMES cargo tracking number is assigned when the cargo is booked and registered in the system.
You can find the tracking number in:
- The AWB or HAWB document given at the time of booking
- The printed label on your cargo
- The confirmation SMS or email from your cargo handler or forwarder
- The invoice or delivery note issued by the airline, CHA, or freight forwarder
Tracking Number Format
ACMES supports two types of tracking numbers, depending on the shipment flow:
- AWB (Air Waybill): An 11-digit number assigned by the airline (e.g., 123-45678901)
- HAWB (House Air Waybill): A custom number used in consolidated shipments, issued by freight forwarders (e.g., HAWB001234567)
