What happens if the package is not received at the destination?

If the package is not received at the destination, then you will see the delivery status “Delivery Failed.” The package is, in this case, returned to the sending address.

My tracking ID is not working. What should I do?

Your tracking ID is provided on the receipt when you book your consignment. It is printed along with a bar code. Since the tracking ID is fixed, the problem isn’t usually with the number itself. It’s possible that you could be entering it incorrectly or that the tracking system could temporarily be down.

Just make sure that you are entering all the digits correctly. If it still doesn’t work, try again after some time.
