If the tracking status does not change for a few days, you should get in touch with the courier company to inquire about the package. It is possible that the package is delayed due to some problems that are not showing up in the tracking details. The courier company can update you regarding the problem and give you an estimated delivery time.
If the tool does not show any detail for the entered tracking number, it could be due to a couple of different reasons. It is possible that the consignment has not yet been updated in the database of the courier company. There could also be an error in the tool itself.
Before assuming a problem, wait for a few hours and try again. If the package still does not show the relevant details, you can get in touch with the courier company to make an enquiry about it.
Keep in mind that the package can take up to 1 day to register in the company’s database and show up as “Booked.”
The package can get returned to the sender if there is a problem in delivering it. If a problem arises, the courier will first attempt to redeliver the package on the next day. However, if the problem still persists, the package is turned back to the sender.
