If you can’t see the details for your package, try again after some time. If there are still no results, get in touch with Evri via their customer care phone number or email. You can ask about your package, any delays that it may be facing, and when you can expect it.

If you are unable to receive your package at the designated time and place, the courier will make another attempt either on the same day or the next.
If the delivery still fails, the package will be returned to the sender.
