How to Use the KazPost Tracking Tool by Track My Package?
Here is how you can easily find the tracking details of any package using our online tool:
- First of all, open the KazPost tracking tool page.
- Click on the input field and enter the tracking number of your consignment.
- You can enter up to 10 different numbers at the same time. When entering multiple numbers, make sure to place them on separate lines by pressing the Enter key.
- Once the tracking number(s) are added, click on the “Track Now” button below the box and wait for the process to complete.
- The tracking number lookup process will take a few seconds to complete, and you will be taken to a new screen where all the details will be mentioned.
Download the tracking details to your local storage by clicking on the Download button in the top right corner of the page. The details will be saved to your device as a TXT file.
You can also share the tracking details with others by copying the URL at the bottom of the page.

KazPost offers both domestic shipping services and international package delivery. Using the international service, you can send documents and parcels to countries around the world.
With Track My Package, you can track all types of parcels and documents, whether they are being sent within the country or across borders. All our tool requires is the tracking number and it will provide you with the tracking details.
Where Do I Find the Tracking Number for My KazPost Package?
Normally, courier companies place the tracking number in three different spots. It is quite easy to find it.
- You can find the tracking number on the company receipt. The receipt is provided as a proof of your package, and it contains details such as the total cost, destination, origin, and the tracking number.
- The tracking number is also provided to the recipient when the package is dispatched. The courier company usually messages the recipient at the number provided by the sender to let them know the package is on its way.
- The tracking number can also be found in the “Order Details,” if the package in question happens to be an online purchase. When the item is dispatched to the customer, the tracking number is mentioned in the online order page for the ease of the customer.
What is the Format of KazPost Tracking Number
KazPost parcel tracking numbers are typically 13 digits long. They comprise of two alphabetical letters at the start and two at the end. Between the letters are nine unique numerical digits.
Here is an example of what a KazPost package tracking number looks like:

The tracking number is very easy to identify and you can easily find it on the receipt or the confirmation message of your consignment.
Understanding the Tracking Statuses by KazPost
Here is a list of the different tracking statuses that you can see when tracking your package.
- Acceptance: This status means that the package has been accepted at KazPost and will now start being processed.
- Sent from the collection center: This status shows that the package has been sent onwards from the initial collection center.
- Arrived in the sorting center: This status means that the package has arrived at the sorting center from where it is moved further in the process.
- Submitted to the customs: This status shows up for international shipments, and it means that the package has been submitted to the customs process.
- Passed customs clearance: This status means that the package has cleared the customs processing and can be taken inside the destination country.
- Processed Through Facility: This status means that the package was processed at a postal facility.
- Arrived at USPS Facility: This status means that the package has arrived at the USPS facility, where it will be processed.
- Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility: This status means that the package has arrived at the USPS regional destination facility.
- Processed Through USPS Facility: International packages from KazPost are processed through USPS facilities for efficient routing. This status indicates that the package has passed through one such facility.
- Submitted to the postman/courier delivery: This status means that the package has been handed over to the postman or the courier that will deliver the package to the recipient.
- Out for Delivery: This status indicates that the package is out for delivery and will be handed over to the recipient within the next cycle.
- Delivered, Left with Individual: This status means that the package has been delivered.
How Do I Know if My KazPost Package is Stuck in Customs?
KazPost lists the customs update in the tracking details when the parcels reach that stage of the delivery process.
If your package is stuck in customs, you will be able to find out by checking the tracking details. The status will show “Submitted to the customs” as long as the parcel stays within the customs processing part.
If the package remains stuck in customs for more than a few days, you should get in touch with KazPost and make sure that there is no problem barring the parcel from moving forward.

The exact shipping time depends on the type of service that you’re using and the type of item(s) you’re shipping. The normal delivery times for domestic shipments are around 2 to 5 days, while international shipments may take up to 5 weeks to deliver.
Does KazPost partner with USPS?
Yes, KazPost partners with USPS when you’re sending packages to the USA. Once the package arrives in the U.S., it uses USPS facilities for processing and sorting until it is delivered to the final destination.
My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Make sure that the tracking number is correctly entered into the input field. It is easy to make a mistake in the digits since there are so many of them.
If the tracking number, despite being correct, still doesn’t work, you should get in touch with the courier company and lodge a complaint.
