Package received after cutoff: If you see this status, it means that your package was received at the facility after the cutoff time. The cutoff time refers to the time after which orders are no longer processed within the day.
Package received at the facility: The second time that you see this status, it means that the package has been received at the facility in the destination city.
Out for delivery: This status means that the package is now out to be delivered. It means that the courier company personnel are currently making rounds and will deliver the parcel to you within the day.
Details needed. Please contact us: If you see this status, it means that there is some issue with the delivery process, and the courier company needs clarification regarding either the sender or the recipient, etc.
Refused or returned. Contact sender: This status can appear if the package has either been refused to be accepted by the recipient or has been returned due to some defect or problem.
Delivered: This status means that the package has been successfully handed over to the recipient.

OnTrac Tracking Number: Format and Where Can I Find It?

Every consignment and package that is sent via OnTrac has its own tracking number. Like other courier services, the tracking number has a specific format. OnTrack tracking numbers usually consist of one alphabetic character or letter (like A, B, or C) along with 14 numeric digits. Here are some examples of these numbers:

I don’t have a tracking number. What do I do?

Here is what you can do if you don’t have a tracking number:

If you have ordered something from an online store or merchant, you can ask them to provide you with the tracking information. They will give you the tracking number that you can use to track your OnTrac package.
If you have sent a package using OnTrac, you can get in touch with the local office/facility and inform them that you’ve lost your shipping number. Once you tell them about your consignment and they establish you as the consignee, the tracking number will be re-provided.

Does OnTrac deliver on weekends?

Yes, OnTrac delivers on weekends. You can get your packages delivered even on Saturdays and Sundays.

How long does OnTrac delivery take?

OnTrac delivery usually takes around 2 to 3 days. However, if you are using a particular service such as the overnight delivery service, the time taken can be significantly less.
